Lavender cookies

  • 150 gr Butter
  • 115 gr Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
  • 170 gr Self-raising flour


  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Whisk butter with sugar until smooth.
  • Add an egg. Whisk everything.
  • Add lavender and flour.
  • It turns out a soft, slightly sticky dough.
  • Rolled out the dough (about 0.5 cm thick) and cut out.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.


Can be decorated a bit, not as much choice as other cookies.
