Ingredients
- 150 gr Butter
- 115 gr Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
- 170 gr Self-raising flour
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Whisk butter with sugar until smooth.
- Add an egg. Whisk everything.
- Add lavender and flour.
- It turns out a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Rolled out the dough (about 0.5 cm thick) and cut out.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
Can be decorated a bit, not as much choice as other cookies.
