  • 250 ml cup
  • Sauce pan
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cups Corn Syrup
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups Butter
  • 6 Cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Soda
  • 2 Tea sp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tea sp Cloves cup
  • 1 tbsp tbsp Ginger

Instructions

  • Heat the syrup with spices to a boil and add oil. Allow to cool.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and combine with cooled syrup. Add soda and gradually stir in the flour.
  • Allow the dough to lie in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and preferably a day.
  • – Roll out the dough into a layer of 2-3 mm, cut out cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 190 C (375 F) for 7-10 minutes.

Notes

Can be decorated after cooked.
