Ingredients
- 2/3 Cups Corn Syrup
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Butter
- 6 Cups Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soda
- 2 Tea sp Cinnamon
- 2 Tea sp Cloves cup
- 1 tbsp tbsp Ginger
Instructions
- Heat the syrup with spices to a boil and add oil. Allow to cool.
- Beat eggs with sugar and combine with cooled syrup. Add soda and gradually stir in the flour.
- Allow the dough to lie in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and preferably a day.
- – Roll out the dough into a layer of 2-3 mm, cut out cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 190 C (375 F) for 7-10 minutes.
Notes
Can be decorated after cooked.
